Everyday addictions are something we all deal with on a regular basis. Families can develop patterns of addiction as well as individuals. These daily struggles with bad habits can grow and become more detrimental over time. Tune into my conversation with Pastor Michael Brooks as we discuss addictions, family systems, and resources for help. Pastor Brooks was a family addiction counselor in the military for over a decade (a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor), and he also served as the 5th District City Council member for KCMO (2011-2015). He is currently Senior Pastor of the Oasis Church/formerly ZG where he has served since 2000.
